Payment period

After the contract is concluded, please pay by the due date stated on the invoice issued by our company.

Service availability

After the contract is concluded, we will provide services face-to-face or online at a time agreed upon by both parties.

When the contract is formed

The contract will be concluded when we receive your signature on the application form and your application fee or support fee.

Cancellation, termination and refund

Once the contract has been concluded, cancellation will be accepted by written notice or email.
At the time of cancellation, we will refund the remaining amount minus the cancellation fee set by our company, the cancellation fee set by the study abroad institution, and any actual costs already incurred (such as foreign currency remittance fees).

Cancellation fees are based on the following criteria:

  • After taking the pre-departure program: 5%

  • Up to 3 weeks before arrival: 20%

  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50%

  • 13 days or less before arrival: 100%

*Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Transaction type

We do not accept online payments on this site.
Contracts and payments are made through face-to-face or online interaction, and payment is made by bank transfer after an invoice is issued.

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damages caused by circumstances at the study abroad institution or the destination country, natural disasters, force majeure, or other events beyond our control.
Details shall be as set forth in the Study Abroad Service Terms and Conditions to be concluded separately.
